Uniform Exchange & Return

If you require an exchange or are missing uniform parts, please complete the form at this link:   https://forms.office.com/r/PSi8FSKHk3

1. Within the form, you must specify the uniform parts required and relevant body measurements.

2. You will be contacted to arrange a time for the exchange or pickup of uniform parts. Please ensure that any uniform pieces for exchange have been washed and cleaned. Next-to-skin items (blue dress shirt, dark blue t-shirt, socks) need not be returned.

1. Visit the portable office with your items washed and cleaned. Please label your bags with your NAME! Boots should be in shoeboxes.

2. Your CADET365 account will be deactivated upon processing; you must transfer all your files/documents to personal storage. There is no way to retrieve this after.
