4. Cadets ready to start and dressed in Black & White (White Dress shirt, Black tie, Black Dress Pants, Black shoes)
It is important to note this is not a drop-in program, the curriculum is designed for
weekly training on Tues evenings from 6:30-9:30pm (Sep to June)
one weekend training/activity per season
Optional Team training (Thurs/Fri evenings) starting in Oct
ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS
At least one parent/guardian must accompany the applicant and have the following documents on-hand.

Proof of Canadian Residency, one of:
Birth Certificate
Certificate of Citizenship
Passport
Permanent Resident Card
Proof of Health Insurance, one of:
Ontario Health Insurance Plan card (OHIP)
3rd party private health insurance (from parents’ work benefits, etc.)
Recruits starting their first Tuesday (after enrollment) must be dressed in the below attire until uniforms are issued (3-4months):
– White Dress Shirt
– Black Dress Pants
– Black Dress Shoes
– Black Tie

$10 for name tag purchase
each cadet is issued a C365 account (Microsoft)
any changes to contact, health card must advise Admin office
uniforms are on loan to cadet
to be issued after completion of Recruit training (based on inventory availability)
Office hours: Tuesday (September to May), 6:30pm - 9:00pm.
110 Black Hawk’s office is located in the south side of Stephen Leacock Collegiate Institute. Vehicles must enter the parking lot via Bay Mills Blvd – approximately 600 metres north of Sheppard Ave. East.
Address is: 2450 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, M1T 2M5.
Do not go to the north parking lot as that lot belongs to the City of Toronto and not the school.
