What: Cadets will have a 1:1 opportunity with a glider pilot in the Cadet program to experience a familiarization flight, cadets are encouraged to ask questions and explore the pinnacle experience of the Air Cadets Program. Non-flying times will be used for sports/games/support on the flight lines - be prepared to move!

When: Mon. Oct 14th 

Time: 0800hr to 1600hr (Lunch provided) --- Timing TBC

Where: bus from/to Sqn LHQ (Portable)

Who: only cadets with confirmed spots* - you must register above, and your ticket will be emailed to you.

Order of Dress: Civilian attire, Closed Toe Shoes

What to Bring:

• Dress for weather (cold, rain or shine)

  • umbrellas are not allowed on flight lines

  • sunscreen is required on sunny days

• Closed Toe shoes

• Health Card

• Water bottles (1L)

• eat breakfast before reporting

• camera may be used with Flight Centre permission

*Confirmed spots will be confirmed 4 days before event, Note: meals, transport are prearranged, missed attendance will affect your standing for future activities. And it means someone else could have gone in your place.

Stand by spots (on waiting list) will be confirmed ASAP, but we encourage you to show up at bus departure but prepare to attend/go home.
